In order to carry forward the spirit of craftsmen and create a learning atmosphere of "catching up with and surpassing learning", on June 25, Dezhou hengli motor's "2022 annual embedding and wiring skills competition" kicked off, presenting a congratulatory gift for the 56th anniversary of the company's factory building.
This skill competition has two competitions: embedding and wiring, and for the first time adopts the form of video connection with partners, which greatly stimulates the enthusiasm of the contestants and the passion to be the first. The company, in conjunction with the "expert group of the production department", the quality department and the technical backbone of the embedding workshop, worked out the corresponding competition rules and scoring standards after full discussion before the competition and according to the characteristics of each post. The quality department selected experienced and responsible inspectors to form a referee group to compete under the principles of openness, fairness and impartiality. The contestants enthusiastically signed up and the atmosphere was active.
Hundreds of boats compete for flow and thousands of sails, riding the wind and waves at the right time. With the referee Zhang Zhiwei a whistle, the game officially began. I saw the players chasing each other, racing against the clock, skilled operation, unwilling to lag behind, fully demonstrating professional knowledge and excellent skill level. During the competition, the referee was meticulous and strict in judging, and looked at each player's operation with concentration, which reflected the fairness and justice of the competition. After intense competition, the chief referee finally announced the results of the competition. Yang Qingrui and Yao Guangze won the laurels of the embedding and wiring competitions respectively. In the joyful and pleasant music, the company's deputy general manager Gao Zong presented awards to the winners.
Through the competition and exchange, it showed the achievements and advantages of the company's quality control, but also made the contestants find their own deficiencies in theoretical knowledge and operational skills, as well as the gap in production efficiency with their partners.
